Although I came to the hotel late night, I was impressed with the very friendly reception of the staff who I have found to be very polite and willing to do everything that would make the guest comfortable. From helping with the baggage at the time of checking in or out to finding a taxi and everything I need as guest, the assistance and attention I received was exemplary. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Union Port Hotel. Staff was extremely kind and helpful, our room was spotless and large and frequently cleaned. Very easy and short walk to the waterfront and Galata port, with easy access to taxis and public transportation. Not too far from Taksim but the walk is uphill. Not a complaint by any means because it’s still a short 15 minute walk just something to be aware of. Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay here again. "
