"The stay here was amazing. I have only 4 complaints first one was hair was all over my bathroom floor, second the push button to turn the shower to the faucet in the tub was stuck and would not push in, so I had to run water in the tub for my 7 year old from the shower and that took forever. Third no dust pan in the kitchen. 4 the air was not getting cold but, I called maintenance and the guy came right on and fixed it. Overall the stay was excellent and those just were minor things. I will be staying here next year as well which will be my third year. I highly highly recommend the Grand Palms Resort. "
