Didn’t get the room I was told I was getting when I booked it and I even talked to someone on the phone to confirm it. Then they didn’t even give me a discount or free upcharge for the next room available, they made me pay full price. Not happy about it. Been staying at the resort awhile and haven’t had an issue so not sure why they didn’t do something about this when I was checking in
