All bedrooms and lounge rooms are light and airy and are equipped with ceiling fans.
Access
The keys can be gained through an on site lock box. The code for this will be sent to you prior to your visit.
The property has driveway parking for 2 cars and free street parking for any additional vehicles you bring. There is no garage available.
This is a very large, impressive house with multiple areas for you to use and enjoy:

Pool
The property has a glistening salt water pool. The pool is not heated, but is facing the north side of the house allowing it to heat up quickly in the sun. Out of respect for our neighbours, the pool is only to be used between 7AM and 9PM.
Jetty
Out of respect for our neighbours, the Jetty is only to be used between 7AM and 9PM. It is suitable for mooring up to 35ft boat but the boat CANNOT be launched through our boat ramp access as it is too narrow. There is public access boat ramp not far away.
Kitchen
Downstairs there is a modern, well equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, oven, hotplate and all the necessary utensils required to cook up a storm!
TV / Internet
There is a TV in each of the living rooms, both with access to all your favourite streaming services. We have free NBN internet access for you to use and enjoy. The details for this will be sent to you when you book.
For your enjoyment we have left some games in the downstairs corner TV unit. We ask that the person booking our house is responsible for ensuring all games are put away clean and intact.
We are NOT A PARTY, EVENT, FUNCTION, PROPERTY. IT IS STRICTLY NO SMOKING. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons, we would ask you to book elsewhere as we do not condone or want these here.
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc. All linen is provided and is Premium Linen Service”
Laundry
The laundry has both a washing machine and clothes dryer and a clothes line outside, to dry your clothes with the cooling sea breezes.
