PARKING
We offer secure off-street parking (2.1m clearance) for 1 car, with additional roadside parking available as needed. Entry to the apartment is via a lockbox, and the code will be sent to you prior to your visit.
COOLING
All living areas and bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, and the apartment gets a lovely sea breeze through the windows.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, oven, fridge, pots, pans, crockery, cooking implements, and cutlery to meet all your culinary needs. There is an ALDI brand coffee pod machine (please bring your own pods) and a coffee plunger as well
CONSUMABLES
We strive to keep cleaning costs minimal. Therefore, we provide the following “start-up” items for your stay:
Tea, coffee, milk
3-in-1 body wash and hair shampoo
2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet)
After this, guests are required to purchase their own supplies. We do not supply sugar, laundry detergent, tissues, or paper towels. All linen is provided, and we offer a Premium Linen Service for your comfort.
POOL
The apartment building has a pool available for use by all guests and residents. We also provide a beach towel for each guest.
HOUSE RULES
This property is NOT suitable for parties, functions, or events. If you're planning such activities, we kindly suggest booking elsewhere. We value your peace and quiet, as well as the well-being of our neighbours.
NO PETS ALLOWED
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets at this property.

CLEANING CHARGES
The cleaning charge for your stay covers a standard clean. If there is excessive rubbish, stains, breakages, cigarette smell, or other damage, additional cleaning or replacement costs will be charged.
