"Wonderful property! "

"My family came down to Lake Lanier with our bass boat for a week of fishing. We had a fun time catching spotted bass all week. We plugged extension cords (150’ reaches, but 200’ would give you some slack) into the gazebo to charge the trolling motor batteries every night. The driveway is narrow and steep, but we got our trailer down there to park it by the house for the week. Other than fishing, there was so much neat stuff around. The Georgia Aquarium was worth battling the traffic to Atlanta. The Mall of Georgia was really nice. We hiked to Indian Seats, which was beautiful and memorable. The Main Street in Buford has neat restaurants and the best ice cream at Buford Station Creamery! The day we stopped in they had live music by the nicest gentleman with a guitar! Enjoyed the thoroughly. There is a AAA baseball team just past the Mall of Georgia and they were having fireworks night. So many cool things to do in addition to the lake life. We were forgetful and left behind our spare boat keys and my raincoat. Our host was so kind about getting those shipped back to us. We are very thankful not only for that, but for sharing their cute red cottage with us!"

"The house was excellant, very clean and a great location. Loved all the porches and the flowers. Everything was very clean. the whole family loved it. we will definitely stay there again. I highly recommend"

"The property is beautiful. I especially loved the back yard and first floor master. We stayed here for a wedding in Buford. The host was very professional and even left us brownies. I highly recommend the home."

"This little house on the lake is perfect! It is located on a very cute and quiet street. The interior is decorated so nicely and the house was SUPER CLEAN. They provide so many extra little essentials that were very helpful like dishwasher pods and laundry pods. The kitchen is essentially brand new and immaculate. The room in the back with the large windows looking out to the dock is such a nice place to sit and relax. We traveled with three kids under 7 so the bunk beds and their close proximity to the master bedroom were perfect!!! There is a set of bunk beds in the sun room and in a separate room so there was plenty of sleeping options for our kids. We will definitely be staying here again in the future when we travel to visit family in GA. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"If you are looking for a place that your family can stretch out and feel comfortable, this is the perfect location! All the water toys make it a lot of fun to be down at the water and play in the lake. Highly recommend!"

"The home is amazing and it was such a great place to bring a large group. As other reviews have said, it could use some updates, but we thoroughly enjoyed the place and will comeback next year! The property is not in Buford and it was listed as such. It is in Gainesville on the backside of the lake. Hopefully VRBO corrects this. The owner was great to work with."

"Perfect Thanksgiving! The view of the lake was spectacular and the property offered some cool exploration, rocky trail to the private beach and woods with crunchy fall leaves! Everything you need except food! Comfy beds, lots of towels, extra paper towels and TP, awesome game room, pool table, and cool bar area. Streaming accounts for movie nights, portable Bluetooth speakers, propane for outdoor firepit, exercise bike and elliptical, two big refrigerators, awesome stove, air fryer, coffee pot & Keurig. 20 minutes to Margaritaville with snow tubing, ice skating, and fair rides!! Chel the property manager was incredibly helpful, polite, cheerful, and responsive! Successful holiday!! Cheers!"
