"Need more umbrellas around the pool if guests have kids to watch. It was so hot (weather in the 90s), and we were approached by staff about moving an umbrella, I repeat, AN UMBRELLA. They did not even offer to help and was threatened instead "I'm not going to deal with you and I'm calling management" what the staff said. Where is the service? Where are the accommodations? I was shocked. The lounge chairs had holes in it, and water puddles everywhere. I literally saw 3 kids fall in the same section (corner of pool). And the pool was closed for majority of one of the days we were there. It was a shame that I specifically booked that hotel to get pool time in between a Disney day. I knew things are under new management, so I'm hoping all is better for future guests. For me, I was very underwhelmed. "
