"Clean & updated hotel. Breakfast was decent. Staff were friendly. Only complaint was there was a-lot of outdoor noise from people either from the surrounding restaurants or other rooms. Noise went on throughout the night until 3am. "

"The appearance of this place was so bad that we didn’t even get out to go inside. Mattresses leaned up in the windows, curtains half hanging down, outside looked like it had been abandoned for years. We stayed at a different place down the road. "

"Great place to stay when visiting Little Chute or the Appleton area. We walked to pick up our pizza at Jets which is right in the hotel parking area. The hotel is clean, quiet, comfy beds, nice staff and breakfast was good. There is no hot tub, though they have a nice pool. Their lounge was closed as they’re working on getting their liquor license. Ò"

"Staff were bright, cheery and helpful. Pool and hot tub are good. The place is clearly very new, it even smelled new in the hallways. We had a sleeper sofa suite with kitchenette with some issues: 1. A squeaky bed frame 2. No bath mat 3. No dishwashing soap and dishes still in there from whenever they were last used 4. A gross smear all over the exterior window 5. There's no light on the sleeper sofa half of the room which is too dark for anything once it's dark outside. 6. There wasn't a mattress protector or sheets for the sleeper sofa and 7. The furniture in the room had an item put together incorrectly. It's a total eye sore! "

"The room was spacious and clean and front desk staff were kind and helpful. The only problem was the sound from other guests. Someone above us was walking around starting at 3 am and it sounded like stomping loudly, so we were unable to sleep. "

"Bed hard & uncomfortable. Made for poor sleep. Check-in staff slow. Entire facility shabby in appearance. Worst breakfast with fewest options I have encountered. Room itself was clean. "
