"The place is a dump. Walls and ceilings are all stained. The mini fridge was filthy. I was there 4 days 3 nights. My room wasn't cleaned once. Even though I requested it twice. At the continental breakfast, I spotted a couple of roaches. The headboard had paint stains on it. The outlets didn't work. The TV remote didn't work. The guy at the front desk wasn't helpful when I wanted to change rooms. Do not recommend"

"The check-in process was truly amazing. He really made me feel like a VIP. I enjoyed the property however I don’t understand charging a resort fee when you can not use it to its fullest. One of the best things about going to Miami is being on the beach and going in the water which we were not able to do on this vacation since the water was disgusting and not safe to go into."

"the house keeper were terrible. they don't change the bed sheets for four days. thay don't come daily, they come to the property every other day. Service is very bad and the water provided is smelly. Don't recommend this place to anyone."
