The stay was great. Clean and well equipped. The check in was a bit frustrating, but I understand that it is really about being secure about guest information.

Spacious house in a great location

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this house. It was comfortable and spacious inside with an upgraded kitchen and comfortable beds. It was lovely to have citrus trees in the front and back yard. Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and stores in Sunnyvale. We would happily stay here again.

Excellent property, and I will definitely be back. The home was very well maintained, with spacious bedrooms, comfortable bedding, a great backyard, and a nice kitchen. We loved the property and fully intend to return very soon. The management company, however, could do a much better job of validating guest information at least 24 hours before check-in. They asked me to verify my signature just six hours before check-in while I was already driving to the property. I had to take an unexpected exit off the freeway and find a gas station to complete the required paperwork. Better planning and more proactive communication would create a much better customer experience. A well-kept property like this deserves a higher standard of management and customer interaction.Property: 10/10Management company / customer service: 4/10I hope the management process improves in the future because the property itself is outstanding.

Carl

Overall cleanliness was very poor, and the property has a gnat or fruit fly infestation issue, which the management company had to have known. I would never recommend this property. For the amount that I was charged, I was definitely take advantage of.

The property was as presented in the description and photos. Cleanliness could have been better when we checked in. The microwave was totally dirty from inside - we made a complaint about it. They send somebody to clean it but on their schedule. There was no flexibility on early check in. We asked for a couple of hours but it was not considered.
