"Really swanky place. They have a cafe downstairs which was convenient. Our room also had a record player in it with records we could play. It was a neat thing to have. The bathroom was clean and has a different layout. We loved staying here and would recommend it."

"They charge you an additional fee for breakfast but there is no food also there was nothing posted about constant construction on the property until I checked in . I came up to Canada for work I had 4am starts and could not rest at all after work due to loud nonstop construction every day the entire trip . These things should be listed or would not have stayed here . The water pressure is the worst of any hotel I’ve stayed in my life. Taking a shower was a chore. The space is big and the...

"Cool location, clean rooms, very convenient closet of amenities. Hotel staff was very helpful and treated us with care, but it was also nice not having to directly deal with anyone. We really appreciate their flexibility, kindness, and responsiveness! Amazing stay, we would love to be here again next time we're in Toronto!"

"Super easy check-in with friendly staff. The washrooms and showers were clean, though there were a few hairs on the bedding. Really nice to have a complimentary breakfast of toast and cereal available in the morning. The area also felt safe and was close to the subway. Overall, it was good for a quick stay. I would stay again."

"Probably my favourite place in Toronto to stay when I visit, absolutely beautiful, private underground parking, great location to be able to walk to multiple amazing places, the room was clean and chic, there was lots of complimentary amenities and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. Thanks!"

"Incredible stay. I booked a trip for my other here and they went above and beyond taking care of her. She had nothing but fantastic words for everyone. I HIGHLY recommend booking here as there is nothing they could be faulted on"
