"Clean room loved the stay"

"The room was clean. I would recommend this hotel & would stay there again."

"Booked through a third party website for 2 nights. Called ahead and notified hotel staff we would not be arriving for the first night. Was told to proceed to the hotel as planned for the second night. Upon arrival I was told they no longer had my reservation, that their staff had incorrectly only checked me in for 1 night. The hotel staffs error yet they would not honor my reservation for the second night and made me pay for the night a second time. Zero customer service was offered even though...

"I was satisfied with my stay."

"Person checking in was very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and in very good condition. I asked how old the motel was and was informed it was 17 years old; I then asked when it was remodeled and informed it hasn't been. Extremely nice motel."
