"Vi bodde i en lyxig 3-rumslägenhet på 23:e våningen med fantastisk utsikt. Den hade verkligen allt, 2 badrum, stor balkong, tvättmaskin & torktumlare etc etc. Jättefint poolområde med varm bubbelpool och barbequearea. Detta är inget hotell i den bemärkelsen utan det är mest permanentboende i området. Man checkar inte in på ett traditionellt sätt utan man får en kod via sms eller telefonsamtal men allt gick väldigt smidigt till. Det är gångavstånd till Sunny Isles Beach och till supermarkets....

"I had a very comfortable stay , only issue I had was I waited for almost an hour before I could get in the apartment. That needs to be better regulated. Other issue is I had to pay for my assigned self park space, that was very unusual. Apart from those issues, the apartment was comfortable and I enjoyed my vacation."

"The entrance area should be more clean and the trash container should be more clean and the area in between tilesin the hotel room need more clean,you can see the light orange stains or buildup. "

"Only downfall was there was only 1 couch, and 1 TV. so for all 6 of us to wind down at the end of our days only it was near impossible to agree on something to watch. There needed to be TV's in the bedrooms."

"I spent over $700 on 5 nights at this dump. No communication with ANYONE on premises. Countless problems with no remedy! 1) no access to pool for the full 5 days and got the run-around by dimitri over and over again!!!! Had 4 kids with me and we NEVER were able to see the pool! 2) washer and dryer on premises but discovered after doing a load that the dryer was broken! 3) microwave broken and dimitri completely ignored my complaints 4) a 5 night stay for 5 people and we were given 4 very crispy...
