"We came to the resort as a family to enjoy a staycation. We enjoyed the majority of the stay with the exception of the following. First, our room was not ready for almost an hour after the promised time and no concession was offered. It would have been nice to have received some drink vouchers or something. The pool area was rather unclean the entire time we were there including early morning when we first arrived to our chairs. We had to clean up the area by our chairs before sitting down. ...

"The room was wonderful and spacious. We had connected Master and junior suites for 2 adults and 3 kids. The best part was the enormous pool and water slide where we spent several hours."

"Nice unit, very comfortable - some oddities (kitchen utensils in living room cabinet), but overall just fine. Better check out the clothes dryer - tried drying some clothes and they were still wet after an hour. Ended up drying them on the patio (115°). Overall, it was just fine and we enjoyed our stay."

"This Hideaway model is just a couple of years old and beautifully furnished. It is about a seven minute walk from the new Saguaro Community Centre. Both beds are extremely comfortable. The shower in the master ensuite is fantastic! The kitchen is adequately stocked but could use a few other items for those who love to cook. The property backs onto Sun Valley Parkway which, while mostly uneventful did have us prefer to close the windows at night. Overall would definitely recommend this property...

"Spacious, clean, we a ll had fun in the pool and playing ping-pong"

"Property was well maintained and the pool is giant. Sadly, and without warning, the slide ilwas under maintenance the entire week we were there. Bad timing. The kids loved the pool and well appointed property. There were tons of little outside games to play, tennis courts and trails. The room we stayed in was great. Two bedrooms, washer dryer and kitchen. Great time had by all!"

"The rental needs a facelift. Outdated and cluttered. Improvements to bathroom condition should be priority in our opinion"
