They noticed that I had left glasses on my night stand. That evening I found a lens cleaner cloth next to my glasses. They had also organized all my chargers and bundled them for easy use. "

Our initial room had an issue and the AC went out on the area, they put us in a better room (same room, just a better view and it was in the main tower on the top floor) and refunded us $200!
