"room was clean, and everything was as one would expect. We were given keys to our room and found it not yet ready. Upon returning to the front desk to report this, the employee offered no apology and hardly spoke to us. Then gave us room key cards to another room, which was perfect. Nive quiet location."

"good room, bed was ok, shower was great, breakfast was good next morning. Everything was clean."

"No regrets."

"We have stayed here so many times I have lost count. It is centrally located which is a plus. The breakfast was nice to have and we didn’t participate in the evening drinks. Things we appreciated were the hot water pot in addition to the coffee pot in the room, fluffy towels and hot water. The hotel rooms are showing their wear. The carpet is very stained, beds were ultra soft and decor is dated. A bit of a refresh would go a long way for this place. Upon our early morning checkout we were...

"Great experience!"

"This was a very clean and comfortable hotel. The thing that really stood out to me was that the room did not smell like a "Plug in"... in other words, they didn't over deoderize the room. Also the bed was very comfortable, the room had everything I needed including a bunch of electrical outlets. Staff was friendly, great parking."

"Nice well-run motel. Room was excellent--clean and well furnished, with the exception of no microwave. Most motels have that, and they don't cost much--not sure why this motel omits them. Also, I could not get the Wi-Fi to work."

"This hotel has been the best hotel I have stayed at in Yakima. The hotel is beautiful outside and inside. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here if you need to stay in Yakima for a few days."

"Room was very clean good sized and overall quiet. Only problem I had was the fan/air would not turn off even when I turned it off the fan continued running. I woke up both days with blood shot eyes & plugged sinus’ Had planned on extending my stay but checked out."

"Room was really clean. I did find some swimming trunks behind the chair in the corner, but other than that, room was good. Only issues is the TV's reception was bad. A lot of fuzzy channels. Breakfast was only cereal and waffles. Would stay again though, great price for room."
