"The room itself was clean and fine other than we didn't have a TV remote? We called the front desk and instead of them bringing it to us (because there was none in the room), they made us come to the front desk to get it. Seems like this is a usual occurrence because there was no apology. Also, the website says they have breakfast for purchase but what they don't tell you is that it's just a separate restaurant attached with insane prices. There is no market or anywhere in the hotel to purchase...
