It's about an hour drive to Charleston, so you can get away from the hustle and traffic of the city but also do the tourist thing pretty easily."

"This cottage was the perfect location for exploring Shem Creek and Old Village, walking Pitt street, plus restaurants basically across the street. It was quiet and peaceful and easy to get to beaches and into the city. It was a bonus being able to bring our dog. The courtyard in the back was fenced in and private even though there is another cottage that shares the yard. We will definitely be back."

The place is clean and roomy, comfy beds, lots of towels..and it is darling - modern and stylish. Easy parking. If you don't want to be right in the downtown of Charleston, this is a great central location. The hosts are very helpful and super friendly...feel more like a guest in their home than just "staying at a property" ....
