"It was very clean and beautiful. The views were amazing. They have fire pits outside to sit around. You have to ask front desk to start them up but she never showed up. The beds were comfortable. I forgot to request a room away from the elevator but it wasn’t too bad. Parking was a challenge, the spots are very close together but we managed. The decor in the rooms is really nice. I highly recommend this lodge."

"Great location!"

"Always enjoy my stay! Great hotel."

"Good location, across from the mall and movie theater"

"Great room! Loved the kitchen set up, ac was perfect in it!"

"I've been staying in Tucson hotels for decades as I live a few hours away, but I'd never stayed here. Really didn't know it was here. Even though ti's located kind of in a shopping mall, the hospitality and care I received from the staff and the cleanliness was awesome. The only thing I was a bit wary of was the possibility of maybe my room had been used previously by a guest with pets. Just after checking in, a lady with 2 large cats in a huge cage was coming out of the elevator. I realize many...

"What a wonderful place. Check in was easy. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Christopher is the omelet master. Pool and hot tub were great. We'll be back next year"

"Skip this location. For the very expensive price, you don’t get anything better than a 2.5-star motel, except possibly the comfortable bed. WiFi does not work consistently at all, towels and soap were missing, bath tub did not hold water… overall is was incredibly disappointing. We were supposed to be provided an upgrade and were not. I definitely won’t be back, and would recommend the same to others. There are better places to stay in Tucson."

"The building seems rundown, not what I am accustomed to.but it is safe, and adequate."

"Great family Resort in the desert ."

"Room had dog smell and they charge you to park over night $15.00 per night"

"The tv is on its way out. The screen would get crazy sometimes."

"Lo maximo en hoteles"

"I have stayed here many times in the past across 8 years now. I have even given it a 5 star review in the past for being a great value for what you get. HOWEVER, it is in decline and now is just exceedingly average. Is that bad? I suppose not, but it is a slippery slope and I don't think I will be back. For starters, they need to enforce the no smoking rules. Our room reaked of pot. People openly smoked in the halls. The doorway and parking lot stank of pot every time we left."

"This property is great! Hotel is clean, chic, and inviting. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The tub calls to you to soak, relax and enjoy. Very walkable if you choose to get some steps in to the nearby restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly and courteous. Only small complaints were the room was way too pretty to not have a nice view, it overlooked a rooftop that had sitting rusty water. And it would be nice if the room was stocked with some refreshments to choose from( even at...
