"We had such a great experience during my stay! Paige at the front desk was absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. She made sure everything went smoothly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Her customer service really stood out, and she made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay and staff who actually care about making sure everything is taken care of. "The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast overall was good with some variety and options. One of the mornings there was a lack of hot food and it took a good while for it to be restocked, however the kitchen personnel did their best and did not deserve to be yelled at by a Karen as I witnessed that morning. Second morning breakfast was fully stocked and replenished consistently. Our room was next to a room with a dog who consistently barked at any noise while the owners were gone but settled down once it was quiet for a while, which woke me a couple times at night and in the morning. Overall I would book this location again and would recommend."

"The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Check in was great. Water pressure was just ok. Our toilet really didn’t flush well and the tv would not work. In the end not a deal breaker. We were tired and just went to bed early. It was quiet and the room was clean and comfortable."

"With all the great reviews, I was expecting it to be immaculate and well maintained. That was not my experience. It was very comfortable and relatively clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Full disclosure, my opinion could be slightly skewed because, for some reason, I thought the place was much closer to Effingham - but it was 45 minutes away adding an extra hour and a half to my trip. But that is NOT the hotel’s fault - I just didn’t check all the details closely enough on Expedia. But still, it was a solid 4."
