"Nice studio apartment close to the beach. Property was clean and we had everything we needed for cooking - cutlery,pans,pots and even coffee,tea and some condiments and spices. Good for couple and can accommodate up to 4 people as there is a extendable sofa bed. Tram and buss stops are very close and will take you to the historic centre of Valencia literally straight from your doorstep. "Beautiful Property is walking distance to beach, shops and village. While property is 2 bedrooms, the master bathroom is ensuite to the master bedroom making it inconvenient for the 2nd bedroom to use. It is a huge shower room but not especially private. Lovely property. "

"First, I’m American. When we pulled up to this complex, I was worried. But when I met the owner and her daughter, I was enchanted. The property is truly a hidden gem. There is a lovely kitchen with a washer, dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator. We cooked three dinners and did laundry! "The photos of this house accurately showed all its features, there were no surprises. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped (some of the group found the beds too hard, others were happy with their bed). We especially liked the roof terrace and kitchen. Sadly before we arrived we had real problems getting an answer and understanding how we could get into the property at the beginning of our stay- this caused a lot of stress for two friends who were the first to arrive.
