"The front desk staff were an absolute joy. Upon arrival, the woman asked me if I wanted two queens, which is what I booked, and I said I didn't care. She promptly moved me to a king on the top floor with a gorgeous view. So nice! We also had a great chat about SI Stadium, where I was headed.
Then, when I asked for a late check-out, another woman offered me 2:00 for only $25. Great deal and very helpful for me.
I also ordered a snack from a very kind gentleman in the market.
