"Sent to an already occupied room at check-in, which was a major safety concern. The room I was eventually given had mold in the bathroom, hair all over the bedding, bugs in the room, no hot water, almost no water pressure, and the A/C couldn’t keep the room cool. There was even a rock holding the back door open, which doesn’t inspire confidence in security. The staff was friendly and understanding about the issues, but unfortunately the cleanliness, maintenance, and security problems made this one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had."

Old and stained bathroom fixtures. Moldy shower curtain. The linens were OK but did not have the normal sanitized, bleach smell. Questionable cleanliness and sanitizing. "
