"The staff was so friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the whole hotel was very clean."

"Our room was rundown with an odor. Our bedding had cigarette burns on sheets and blankets. I took my dog out for a walk and saw a homeless man with a dog in the breakfast area. The back door was left open. Owners dog barked continually for a couple of hours . I called the front desk to inform them of it , they expressed little concern. . Dog barked another hour before it stopped . Needless to say I would absolutely NOT recommend anyone stay here. I would strongly advise anyone , do not’ stay here. "

"Great budget option, breakfast 4/10, property needs some reinvestment into overall condition and condition of rooms. Cleanliness was lacking. Hard to get a good nights rest. Lots of noise and people coming and going all week. There was a car broke into (not mine but be sure to lock your car and remove valuables). Honestly you get what you pay for imo. "

"We choose this property due to good rating and the pool/hot tub but we were disappointed. The propery is dated. Front doors were open the whole time we were there morning and night. Kids went in the pool but I wouldnt go in the hot tub it was green. We had broken floor tiles in our room and the mirror in the bathroom faded with "vintage aging" but not on purpose. This is the first time we have been disappointed in a Marriott property."

"Quiet, clean property. Pool was out of order and there is no on site laundry, but otherwise 5 stars for everything else. "

"We go every other weekend to Topeka now we don’t have to do the work looking for a nice place. From now on this is going to be our first place to stay. Love it."
