"We loved staying here! The furnishings are modern and the breakfast is quite good. Our room was small, but this was exactly what we needed for exploring the city. A metro and train station are within a five minute walk. There are several high quality restaurants and shops nearby as well. "Staff were very nice and the property was clean. Although the AC in the room I was assigned was broken, and nothing was done to fix or mediate the hot dry air. There was a window but it opened to the narrow center of the building which housed the hvac of other apartments(very noisy and dirty), and half the window was blocked by a stained glass. The room was very small, you can hear everything foot step in the guest house. Bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Shared bathroom is not ideal."

"This is a beautiful and unique b&b. It is in a 1930s grand building. The ceilings are about 16 feet high, and all the classic details have been preserved. Friendly hosts. Nice breakfast. Balconies in the room, and a big terrace overlooking the city where you can have breakfast in nice weather. In a great neighborhood, and you can walk to many attractions. "

"I could not recommend this hotel any more. Since returning home over 6 months ago I have raved to dozens of people about how amazing and incredible this hotel is and I have recommended every single one of them if they travel to Barcelona, they should stay here. I was here in mid July so the weather was bright and sunny and 30 degrees every day so the air conditioning within the hotel was much needed; I would honestly say that it is some of the best air con I’ve ever had in Europe.
