"This hotel deserves its excellent rating. It is modern and extremely clean. The rooms are a nice size and well laid out. The bed and bedding are luxurious. Breakfast is quite good. The Carlton is in an excellent location. Overall I highly recommend this hotel."
"This is an older hotel with all the advantages and disadvantages that come with that. The advantages are that the rooms are large and have a certain charm to them that you don't get in the newer hotels. The disadvantages are that everything is just a little worn and run down, although I know that they are in the process of renovating each floor. All in all, a very good hotel in a great location at and excellent price."
"The location can't be beat. The hotel is attached to Terminal 21 Mall and the BTS. The room was spacious, clean and convenient because it had a washer/dryer combo in the room as well as a full sized fridge and small kitchen. The room itself is dated and there is a slight odor but I got used to it. The buffet breakfast was really good. They had 2 restaurants but one was always busy. The Park restaurant was quieter but they both had the exact same food offered. "
