"We stayed here during our last 5 nights in Bangkok. We checked a lot of reviews before booking and we agree with those reviews. This Hotel gives a feel like your in a 5 star. Libby is grande. Staff was very helpful always. Even though we checked in very early by the end of checking in a room was read so they gave us rhe key and even brought our bags up for us. Room was spacious and clean. Staff cleaned the room everyday. Pool was amazing. Only thing I wasn't impressed with was the pool cocktails and food. Cocktails tasted water downed or just standard amount of alcohol. And the 2 food items we order, one we had to send back and the other was small portioned and not very tasty or impressive. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It's a bit walk to main road but they do have a tuk tuk free service to take you there. From the main road not a far walk to BTS or MRT or Asok and a nice night food market. Great value over all for the price we paid."

"I have stayed at this hotel, many times and I always look forward to returning. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel. The rooms are large well appointed clean with Floor to ceiling windows looking out on the city. The breakfast is excellent. The location is perfect near all public transportation, most important the staff is wonderful, very helpful very considerate very professional. It is probably the very best hotel that I have ever stayed in. I highly recommended."

"Sadly the state of the carpet (very smelly) is very poor. Management is trying to hide it with their deodoriser, but with no result. The buffet breakfast has never change its menu. The only best thing is the coffee. Staff were 100% good and polite. Rooms were good and clean "

"The Landmark Hotel in Bangkok (Sukhumvit Road) gives out an air of luxury and opulence with five star service from all the staff, from the check in staff, bar staff and porters and room service. The lobby is vast and welcoming, and I was also allowed to check in early following a short wait whilst they get the room ready. They offer a complimentary welcome drink in the bar next to the lobby, and the seats were very comfortable. I had chosen a corner room which was spacious with great views of the city. They had all the usual amenities in the room such as air conditioning, minibar, toiletries and even stationary and adaptable multifunction electric sockets. They have a limousine service to and from the airport but I did not use it, as the hotel is close to the Nana Skytrain station which connects to Phaya Thai station and from there directly to the main international airport by train, total journey time about 50 minutes. The hotel is about a 10-15 minutes walk to major shopping centres like Siam, MBK and Central World, and all tourist attractions are easily accessible by Skytrain or public transport. The Grab app is worth having on your phone as it is the Thai equivalent of Uber. It was a memorable 6 day stay enjoying the hotel location and facilities, and five star service with a smile from all the staff. I look forward to returning."

"We had a wonderful stay at Carlton Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit. The décor is elegant and luxurious, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable — truly five-star quality. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, the breakfast selection was excellent, and the rooftop bar provided a perfect place to unwind. I especially appreciated the outdoor pool, sauna and steam room — a relaxing treat after a full day in the city. In addition, the service was truly impeccable — special thanks to Khoa and the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We felt genuinely well taken care of. We would gladly return."
