"Soundproof rooms. Amazing sleep and relaxation"

"On my first trip to Bangkok, and this hotel was the perfect fit. I need three beds, and the Grand Family Connect gave us two connecting rooms in the perfect configuration - all clean with excellent air conditioning. I was pleasantly surprised to find the pool lifted above street level for a bit of privacy, and the walls/windows kept out the late night noise from the bustling neighborhood. The location was great for a short walk to the BTS or Terminal21. Quality for price, A+++"

"It is in a noisy part of town and some of the other guests were loud late in the evening. There seemed to be a lot of sex workers seeking employment in the streets near by. The steam room did not appear to work and the iron in my room did not produce steam. I was told the 2 for price of one drink special had drinks that were okay. It was close to the Nana station which is a big selling point."

"We had an amazing stay at Grande Centre Point in Bangkok! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, from the beautiful facilities to the excellent service from the staff. The room was comfortable, spacious and spotless, and the overall atmosphere made our stay feel really special. The location was fantastic for exploring Bangkok, and everything was well looked after throughout our visit. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again on our next trip...

"Got a 2 bedroom suite and was so disappointing. The room looks very bad.no words can explain it."

"Excellent hotel in great location. Really liked this hotel. Great room with super comfy bed. The breakfast was also great with amazing choices. The game changer for me was the Japanese toilet seat, which was amazing!"

"Exceptional property and service"

"Sehr gut"

"Amazing. The staff are great and they have a variety of amenities and restaurants. Close to a shopping plaza that has everything you need!"

"Nice hotel . Perfect location"

"Good value hotel in great location in Bangkok"

"期待していた宿泊でしたので、大変厳しい評価になってしまい恐縮です。　 お部屋の掃除は床のゴミが残っているのが気になりました。 お部屋の時計は、連泊しましたが電池切れのまま放置でした。 スタッフ対応は、個人差が大きいように思われます。　 スパは大変リラックスでき満足しました。　 ジムのロッカーの床には髪が沢山落ちているのが気になりました。 全体的に、前回のように満足できず残念でした。"
