"We checked in on a Sunday afternoon, there was a note saying where to find a phone to call reception. This was answered straight away. The key to the room was on a board by the phone and I had been told where the room was. The entry for the hotel in the website said there was a restaurant but it was closed. Great value, small & friendly hotel
"Hotel was easy to find in central Baden Baden just a few steps from Augustaplatz bus stop. Easy check-in, we were treated to a room upgrade which was a bonus. Rooms were simple but comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was included and was very lavish for such a small place, I would definitely stay again."
