"Everything was good and we enjoyed our 2 stays here. The only complaint we have is that on our first stay the breakfast was dried out but on our second stay it was great. Also didn’t think the £3.50 car parking charge was justified."

"While struggling with the self check in computers I asked a staff member if I could check in with him and he just said “no it’s self check in. Use the computer”. He still had to create the room key, which didn’t work, so I returned to the lobby for a new one, which also didn’t work. I was then told “I don’t think any key will work, except for mine. So if you go out, I’ll have to let you back in.” You would think he would offer to move us to another room where a key did work. But no such luck. Once in the room, it was spacious and had a decent shower. The extractor fan, that turned on automatically with the light, was extremely loud!"

"Lovely location and perfect for visiting lots of great areas in the Cotswolds. Accomodation was clean, spacious and comfortable. Good food and friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely recommend."

"An enjoyable stay. We were there for a week long break. We made full use of the swimming pool. Was never too busy. It is sometimes used fir kids swimming lessons but their area is roped off so no problem. Enjoyable breakfast. The sound proofing of the doors could be improved as there was a little noise from the corridors but that didn't spoil our stay."
