"Sevastokrator staff is outstanding. From the reception to restaurant staff, everyone worked hard to ensure we have a memorable stay. The area is pretty quiet with a breathtaking view over Veliko Tarnovo. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to recharge or simply spend time with family. Little kids would certainly enjoy the hotel playground and the park nearby."

On the plus side: overall quite clean, excellent en suite bathroom, good linens, nice location in old town (but note that it is very hilly there and the Inn requires a lot of walking). On the minus side: AC was almost useless, outdoor space not nice, no breakfast if you book with Expedia, etc, Old building that makes a lot of noise when walking the premises.
