"GREAT HOTEL. GREAT LOCATION"

"The hotel is in a good location and convenient, the cleaning staff were very friendly, and were prompt to respond to our request to refill coffee/tea. However on arrival to the hotel I did find when collecting my room key a male staff member at the front desk to be quite rude to me, which set a bad tone to my stay (especially after having spent so long travelling). "There is a lot of great things about this hotel. Its location is excellent for exploring London on foot or by public transit with busses and the underground close by. There are shops and restaurants just outside the doors. We stayed in an accessible room and it was very spacious. There is air conditioning which was needed for our July stay. I wish the room had a small fridge but it did not. That was really the only thing missing in the room, from my perspective. I would stay there again."
