"The hotel is centrally located in Stratford. One can easily walk to the theatres, stores and restaurants. The hotel itself is an attractive heritage property. It is well maintained and the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff were very kind, cheerful and helpful. We had breakfast in the hotel dining room and were pleased with the service and the food. Parking, in a lot next to the hotel, is free. All in all we were very happy with our stay at the Parlour Inn."

"Great stay before a concert at Canada Life Place. Very easy walk to get there and plenty of restaurants along the way. Hotel staff was very helpful and our room suite comfortable. Nice underground parking that is secured. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Lovely canopied bed, comfortable. Disappointed there was no breakfast - you need to check their website as Expedia was not updated about this. Tried contacting re: parking, no third set of towels for 3, but buzzer in lobby was not answered nor was message left on phone number there. Did not also respond prior about parking a second car. It took an extremely o\long time for the tap or shower to heat up ans then only lukewarm. We were on the top floor. Friendly couple when we did see them, nice to have some outdoor chairs in a back corner of the property. It was quiet."

"Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was fine. Outside grounds were terrible with tall grass and weeds in garden areas. There was an old mattress on the ground by the garbage container which was at the exit of the parking lot. Entry door windows need a good cleaning WITHOUT streaks. They were cleaned one day but were very streaky. It seemed that someone didn't care to do a thorough job. Bathroom light fixtures was very rusty. Bathroom fan was not inserted well and I wondered if it might fall but it didn't. I took pictures. TV worked on one channel but there was no volume. The fridge worked well the first night but the second night it froze my apples and yogurt. I had not changed the setting. Bed and towels were clean. Hotel was quiet. I appreciated being given a first floor room so I didn't have to carry my heavy suitcase up the stairs. Curtains were dirty and dragging on the floor."

"It was a lot of fun, we'll definitely come back. Pool was really nice, everything was accessible and clean. Definitely a solid stay no complaints."

Bentley's Inn

"The woman at the front desk was so welcoming and helpful. The pub food and beer were excellent the Friday afternoon and night. The Saturday night for dinner was not as enjoyable - there must have been a different staff making the salads as they were not half as good as Fridays. The servers each day were so friendly and efficient and just a delight. Our hotel room looked identical to the website which was great. The giant skylight brightens the room well, but be aware that there are no windows, at least in our room - this was a little odd. The skylight does not make it conducive to sleeping in, so thankfully we are early risers. I would highly recommend Bentley's Inn. Truly it is the staff who make the difference wherever you go, and Bentley's staff is exceptional."

"Check-in was efficient. Reserved parking was ready before checking time. Staff were friendly and personable. Location was excellent. I would definitely stay again."
