"We stayed at the Mansion for 3 nights on our first trip to Galveston. The Mansion is beautiful and well maintained. The location was ideal for our needs, close to the Strand and cruise ship port (we could see the top of the ships at port from our window) and only about a 5 minute drive to the seawall. "Comfortable bed. Nice use of kitchen for making coffee and tea. Would have liked some odd snacks either to purchase or in the price. But that's just a suggestion only. The house was so adorable and decor was spot on."

"This hotel was so convenient and priced right if you are going to Galveston or on a cruise. Everyone is so helpful and friendly!"

"Excellent place. Love the vintage decoration, and the breakfast is awesome. We felt like royalty."

"Very clean, spacious"

"This is a nice clean and new property, close to pleasure pier and the seawall. We would stay there again."

"Likely the Nicest Hotel I've ever stayed in!"

"We had an excellent stay here before our cruise! We got an ocean view room and it provided great ocean view. Our room had a ceiling fan over the bed and it helped us sleep so much better. Room and grounds were spotless. You do have to pay $15/day to park in their parking lot."

"Jose & staff was extremely helpful. Only thing I would suggest is using a 24hr elevator service company, only one elevator was available, the other was out of order. Found that the stairs were fine to use, although I think it’s a bit more challenging for families with little ones & seniors. Will def stay here again for a last minute getaway."
