Excellent B&B. George Manor team are all very kind and helpful. Genuinely loved the Manor. Excellent service. Food was authentic German and was fantastic. They went above to set up a special champagne anniversary welcome in our room and even signed a beautiful card for our celebration. Thank you for an amazing stay. We will definitely be back.

This property is superior in every way!! Was looking for an out of the hustle & bustle of the seaside accommodations and this was it! Walking distance to historic district and other Galveston Island attractions. Chef/proprietors Michael & Rosie could not do enough to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. Didn’t have the pleasure of dinner but breakfast was perfect and prepared specifically for us. Loved the grounds, house, and perfectly detailed suite/cottage. Kuddis & thank you to them 😊

We had an amazing time at the George Manor in Galveston. The property is immaculately kept, the rooms are clean and large. Bathroom was recently renovated and beautiful. The caretakers Michael and Rosie were amazing, very attentive to our every need. Breakfasts were great, best scrambled eggs we’ve had in a long time! Location is so convenient. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the George Manor again.

There were so many perks to staying at this beautiful bed and breakfast! The location was just perfect for walking to the cruise terminals, the staff was beyond welcoming and took great care of us, the breakfast was delicious and filling, and the manor itself had such charm and history! The suite we stayed in, Kaiserhof Suite, was very spacious, nice and cool, and had everything we needed. If we are ever in the area again, we would love to return to George Manor!

This property is just a few blocks from the downtown. Very easy to navigate. The water pressure was extremely low in the excel suite. We also have the grand suite booked and will do a review on it. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty. We will likely book it again.

Fantastic stay! Staff were very friendly, and let us check in early since the room was ready. We had ‘high tea’, and it was fantastic! Rooms were huge and nicely appointed. Didn’t have dinner or breakfast, but looked and smelled great. Will definitely stay here again.

This was our 3rd stay at the George Manor. Graham, Valerie, Rosie and Michael are exceptional. They are very attentive, professional and go above and beyond. The grounds are well kept, the room clean and the food delicious. This will always be our go to when in Galveston.

A beautiful historical property. We arrive several hours early due to our travel plans, and they were very accommodating and got our room ready first, so we could check in early. The breakfast was wonderful. The property was amazing. The units are extremely spacious, air conditioning was fantastic (and really needed with the outdoor temperatures, quiet property. Workmanship on the refurbished bathroom was subpar and the water pressure in our shower in our unit was very low. Other than those couple of minor items, it was a fabulous stay.

We loved our stay at the George Manor. Our room was very clean and spacious, the property is very well kept and Chef Michael and his wife Rosie are very kind and accommodating. He graciously gave us a tour of the property while sharing its history. The location was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast as well. We highly recommend it!

We love staying at The George Manor when we come to town to grab a cruise. Staff is always such a pleasure and make us feel at home. Best place to stay in Galveston. Beautiful accommodations.
