"After many years of attending this well appointed hotel finally i got an upgrade. The hotel is well situated for walks along Shakespeare's smug Trent. The Burton Bridge Brewery is over the road. Town centre a short walk. Parking more than adequate. I think if you can put up with the road noise of a weekend its one of the best hotels in town. "The Strutt arms was a great experience. The owners were very friendly and helpful. There is an Indian restaurant on site ,and also have other foods . The standard double room was small ,but was very comfortable, it had a 37 inch television on the wall ,a portable fan,a comfy king-size bed and tea and coffee ,hot chocolate and biscuits if you feel peckish, and a complimentary jug of ice cold water as well.
