"The hardest bed in the world! Been to this hotel many times (we even had our wedding reception there when they first opened). We stayed in December and had the worst night's sleep due to a rock hard mattress. Thought it was just bad luck as never been like it before, stayed again this week and clearly they have changed all mattresses. Worst night sleep ever! Mattress so hard!. Not what you expect from a luxury hotel!"

"Excellent stay at the White Hart Hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. The food was exceptional with lots of choice for breakfast. The dining menu in Antlers restaurant was also extensive and quality of food five star. Staff also very friendly with no stuffiness. We stayed in a deluxe room which was clean, spacious and well equipped with luxury Elemis toiletries. Decent shower and bath with space for toiletry bags as well. Comfy bed and good storage for clothes in room. Very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again."
