"Location is good for accessing the local area. Parking on property. Picturesque building. Room decor is okay. Breakfast was good variety."

"Host was very easy to get ahold of. The house was perfect for our family of 10, and we had a wonderful Spring Break discovering the area. The only thing we had to discover about the house was the light switches which had dimmers on them and we thought the lights were burnt out in a couple of areas. Talked to our host and figured it out. Highly recommend."

"The place was comfortable, clean and well-located in Marblehead. The only not O had was the bathroom fan was not operated by a switch but was motion activated. So in the middle of the night when you went into the bathroom the fan went on and you couldn’t turn it off. It stayed on for a fair amount of time an was loud. Small complaint. Overall great. "

"This is a fabulous lodging! It's spacious, tastefully decorated, and has a well-equipped kitchen. The fireplace was an especially nice touch for cold winter nights. The views were lovely, even in winter, with the house roofs iced with snow and a huge Christmas Tree visible from several windows. The location is also close to the main street where there are many restaurants. Peter is a great host. "
