The towels were not stained, and I have yet to be able to contact the owner through the property management company. What started as a lovely experience that I was going to rent again next month is now feeling like a scam."

"We LOVED our stay! Our family is from Iowa Falls and we came back for the Riverbend Rally Fourth of July celebration. This place was perfect for us! We had three adults and it had everything we needed for our trip. Love that it’s in a quiet town away from all the action but also a very short drive away. We had a very small issue that our host took care of immediately. I mean immediately! She came within minutes on a holiday evening! We were so taken care of while we stayed and it was stocked...

"We had a good stay. It unfortunately turned chilly and the bottom level doesn’t have control to the heat. I reached out to our rep and she got in touch with the other renter and they turned the heat up. Our contact also let us know there was a portable heater and that helped too. The place was a little musty, but that could be from the rainy weather and being in the woods. Maybe adding some air fresheners would help with that. Our contact person was fantastic and I appreciated her response...

"Staff was helpful and friendly. I was staying here for business but was also able to have family come and visit. Walking into the lobby, there is a terrific smell. I spent 4 nights and decided to get a larger room with a sofa and mini kitchen. We stay here usually 2 - 3 times a year. They also accept pets for a charge. The only place I found to be somewhat dirty was the elevator carpet. Otherwise the hotel was great!"
