"Stayed here again. Basically it's a nice hotel, but sensed the staff, while pleasant, are not as focussed as previously - the hotel has been taken over by Champneys. Most noticeable was the breakfast - not bad but staff seemed a bit perfunctory and tables took a while to be cleared and service just so-so. It's a glorious building and could be so special if if more attention was paid to the details."

"Everything you need in a hotel. Parking Friendly welcoming staff Fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend. HOWEVER it lacks power sockets by the bed head... take a 3m extention lead if you want to charge your phone next to you in bed. Ive Stayed here many times and always will out of preference in the local area."

"Staff were there always anything, which is very helpful the place was very clean, when I arrived to book in the managers were outside picking up any little bits of litter to keep the car park clean which is going above and beyond, very friendly would highly recommend."
