"Great stay, but the hotel was under construction while we were there, which kind of changed the ‘“comfort” vibe, but overall a great stay. Just beware that you’ll have to maneuver around ladders and construction workers. Lastly, the layout of the room was a little odd. The bathroom was tiny, so hard to get dressed in the bathroom, so not much overall privacy in the room when changing or getting dressed."

"Staff were helpful and kind to even the rudest person! The ice machine was broken on 2 floors in our wing . The , desk guys assisted me with a smile! To get ice for our room. Our rooms were clean and smelled refreshing ! 2nd day had problems with-cold shower.! I also want my linen, towels changed daily, trash taken emptied, .beds made!. I’m on vacation .The hot breakfast with gave itus lots of choices, would like omelette choice added! Enjoyed fresh fruit! Despite variety of coffee needed variety of coffee mate, cocoa or flavored coffee’s! "

"The breakfast was good. Everything was great. Check-in was awesome. It's just the the level of cockroaches there so it seems to be astronomical for any place. At this price point "

"A nice, peaceful getaway. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this is one of the most comfortable. The entire house is well maintained and well equipped. The kitchen has all the appliances, gadgets and utensils you could want. Everything we needed was there. The front porch is really great with comfortable furniture and live plants everywhere. The host is VERY responsive to messages. We never had to wait for an answer. In fact when we ran out of propane for the outdoor grill, I messaged to ask if there was a spare tank somewhere. He immediately responded there wasn’t but he had one to us almost immediately!We were in Topeka for a grandson’s graduation, but we’re practically looking for an excuse to go back! It was that good!Thank you Oswaldo! "

"The hotel was a very attractive and clean facility. Staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated that the atmosphere was fairly quiet despite it being a busy weekend at the hotel (graduation weekend for local university and high school). The parking was well lit and would have been sufficient had a semi truck not parked sideways across an entire row of spots one night. The room was comfortable and nicely finished, although probably due for some renovations as the trim tiles in the bathroom had come off the wall, and some trim was peeling off of the microwave cabinet. Overall it was a great stay, though. "

"Our room was great! However, the hot tub water was green with brown ring around tub! The room was clean and nice! But they definitely need to fix this place up! Front doors of hotel left open day and night! Needs a paint job badly and fixing up! The complimentary breakfast was not very good! Limited choices! We booked for hot tub, if we would have known it was in this shape would have went elsewhere, but we couldn’t get a refund for room! This is not up to a Marriott standard hotel!"
