"Staff were excellent, in particular Chloe who managed to deal with our very large party splitting a restaurant bill and whose enthusiasm was infectious. The rooms are large and have excellent amenities at this price. The bed was a little softer than I have at home but was large and comfortable. Excellent aircon throughout. Two little gripes, one of which they can do nothing about. There is very little space to drop off close to the hotel and the nearest car park isn’t 24h. The other thing is the wine available by the glass is a poor selection and opened bottles are not pumped. Overall, an excellent stay and would recommend. "

"Very reasonably priced and comfortable night's sleep before early departure from Birmingham Airport although the food is typicall bar food if maybe a little on the expensive side. Rooms very clean if somewhat dated."

"Our two day stay at the link was very good, the location was great. The room was lovely and clean and the air conditioning was heaven sent! We really enjoyed relaxing in the bar area at night after our days out. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel"
