Our grandchildren, who are 13, 11, and 10, were so excited about the fact that they could just take over that top floor with the two bedrooms and bathroom. And the fact that there was private beach access was the frosting on the cake! We felt like we had our own personal beach. The house was clean and in good working order. We all had a wonderful time. We will definitely consider this property again when we make future beach, vacation plans."
