"The room we booked was amazing! Hot tub in the room and it was big. Ocean view was amazing…though I would have loved having the hot tub closer to the window to view outside. I would recommend."

"Very clean room. Housekeeper emptied the trash daily. Very quiet . Great location. Comfortable bed. Yachats is a very nice little town to walk around and sightsee. Would stay there again. Waldport and Newport were nice towns close by to sightsee."

"This is a peaceful, woodsy, comfortable cabin in a quiet community. It has pretty good interior lighting (for reading, etc; a frequent pet peeve). The serene Yachats River was fun to canoe on. It's just a short walk to the beach, to good restaurants, and downtown Yachats. And Cape Perpetua area is fantastic.(The recliner chair in living room is broken, but still sittable.)(The TV/remote instructions need to be updated)We would definitely make a return trip here."

"We really enjoyed our stay in Yachats and the kids had a great time with the sleeping nooks and exploring the space inside and outside the home. It doesn't have ocean views, but the peace and quiet of the surrounding forest, river and friendly neighbors more than make up for it. The location of the home also makes walking (or driving) into town pretty easy. We look forward to coming back for future visits."

"The best view of any property I've stayed. Scenery was just incredible. Location is great. Can easily walk into town or along the Ocean Road. I would have loved to stay another few days!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a beautiful place to stay. Close to the ocean but woodsy setting. Clean and well furnished. Only suggestions would be to get the threshold repaired (not a good first impression) and please add a microwave. People traveling often eat out and need a way to quickly heat up leftovers. We had one other issue that the company took care of.Yes, we would recommend this lovely spot to others"
