"No hot water all weekend!!"

"Parking was convenient.,lobby is Hugh but they do not have seats for people who can't stand in line .the were a few handicapped people in line including myself... breakfast not offered...the clerk gave my the room number and the key...when I got to the room it had not been cleaned..door was open..bed had not sheets on it...I saw the housekeeping crew up the hallway..I called for them to come check my room . nothing had been wiped down..so I had to sit there while they cleaned the room... carpet was dirty ..paper and crumbs everywhere..they did not vacuum....needless to say I will not be stay there again... sewage was terrible every time I flushed the toilet it got backed..would not recommend this place for anyone..not even girls one night stand.."

"I have never left a review like this ever even when the places are not so good but this place was terrible. The windows was boarded up. It was junk cars sitting all around. The property was terrible. It smelled very bad when you walked inside be had, I don’t know if they was junkies or homeless but the place is bad. It had tape up all across the doors on the inside. I drove all the way up to to visit my family from Baltimore and I will never return back to this place again this is the type of hotel where you need to carry your gun. This is my opinion only almost every window was boarded up. This should not be a hotel. This should be a paid by the hour motel overall I give this place a zero out of five"

"Our room was quite small. The pool was cold and the hot tub is permanently closed. Disappointing since it was spring break & the entire reason for booking was for those amenities. "

"This was our first stay using VRBO. Check-in couldn’t have been any better. The home was in a quiet setting, back off the street. It worked well for our visit to Cleveland Clinic. The home was well stocked, clean, good WiFi and some wildlife viewing. It has a full bath connected to one bedroom and is walk through with a half bath next to it. The room layout is unique but very functional and there is a very nice attached sun room with lots of windows. We enjoyed our stay and will most likely use it again, if in the Cleveland area in the future. We think you’ll like it too. "

"Mark was a great host! Everything was perfectly ready when we arrived and communication was great. The house was cozy and had everything we needed. Felt like home away from home. Looking forward to staying here again on our next trip out! "
