"Only stayed one night, but room and hotel met all expectations "

"The room was pretty clean and the staff was very nice. There was some difficulties parking, but it was partially due to a snowbank covering half of the parking lot. The free breakfast was okay, but it wasn’t the greatest."

"Our room was lovely and looked very clean. The staff were very nice, and seems like young hockey teams use this hotel often as there are "no mini sticks" signs in the hallways! The night was quiet and relaxing for the most part. A great hotel for the price point as others in the area are pretty run down."

"Despite Expedia advertising that the pool, hot tub, and dining room were open, we found out on arrival that all were closed due to renovations. The vending machine was also out of order. Worse, the strong paint fumes permeated the entire hotel, including the room. In -14°C we slept with the heat off and windows open to try and minimize the toxic smell. The staff were welcoming and friendly, despite working / breathing in paint fumes. They provided us with a brown bag breakfast in lieu of a continental breakfast. It would have been extremely helpful if Expedia / Quality Inn had advised us of the current conditions in advance."

"Why was there a terrible sulphur smell in the room every time the shower or sink was in use. Terrible. I had to open the door in the middle of the night. Could not breathe! Horrible experience "
