"Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was challenging to get into unit. Had a nice stay. Initially had to unlock lock box over bikes in the garage to get key fob to elevator and keys to unit. Two lock boxes. Had to text for assistance. Residents did not seem happy that the lock box was on a pipe in the garage. Finally got to unit and had a difficult time between using the key and the code. We had to go in search of a younger person to help us. We are senior citizens. After driving the few hours to get there everyone needed a restroom. The challenges of getting in was frustrating. It felt like we were on the Amazing Race show. It took us a few days to figure out the microwave and tv in living room. Didn’t even attempt the bedroom tvs. The unit was very comfortable. Plenty of room."

"The room was extremely cleaned and the housekeeping staff always kept it well stocked with soap, towels etc. This was our first stay and we were extremely happy and plan on going back next year. Everyone who worked there went above and beyond!"

"Love this place!! Very affordable with great amenities in a wonderful location! We went after Labor Day and even though things in Avalon and Stone Harbor aren’t fully staffed or open Concord Suites is still running at full swing!! ALL of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our visit!!"

"The location was perfect- everything within walking distance. Parking was a little bit of a challenge since only one assigned spot is available. I parked a block away which really wasn’t a problem. The meters will end Oct 1st. Amy was exceptionally receptive to our questions! I would highly recommend this rental if visiting SH!"

"Extremely easy booking and check in. The host is available for any concerns or questions and responds quickly. Second time staying at this beautiful condo, can’t beat the views, very clean and cozy. But the best part is that our little dog can enjoy vacation with us! That’s hard to find down the shore."

"The photos online did not do justice toactually being there.. it’s decorated beautifully & the view of the bay is stunning. The host Lindsay is very nice, she’ll answer any questions for you .. if you text her she responds pretty quickly .. she’s very friendly & accommodating . It’s very clean .. the beds are comfortable , the whole place was immaculate. I highly recommend renting her place. I give everything a 10 out of 10."
