"Great hotel with brilliant facilities! Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a red hot week and the AC didn’t work in my room so it was very hot. Fans not available. Room was well decorated but needed some TLC and maintenance- I can imagine that due to great facilities and service that the hotel is often full with little time to decorate etc Food portions great - kids meals were massive Strange to pay for parking when you are essentially on a service park where parking wouldn’t be abused due to location? "

"Excellent trip. Staff were all friendly and chatty. A couple of niggles, but nothing that affected our stay. We will be back again and will stay here again to visit our daughter. Special mention to Dave, the Head concierge who we chatted to each day and was really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. "

"Everything was extremely good. Tha hotel is in a great location and ideal for all the city's amenities. Perfect for shop's, cinema and close to the train station, and restaurants."

"The hotel is close to Leeds train station and city centre. The hotel is very modern and was super clean and tidy. Upon arrival, staff were friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the bag storage which was super handy. Check in was fast and efficient and our room was easy to locate. The room was very large and spacious. It was clean, and tidy upon entering. The bathroom was large and bright with a good mirror. The shower had shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. The bed was huge! It was very comfortable! Included in the room was a large TV, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, a safe, an empty mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Overall a great stay!! "

"Booked an executive suite for our wedding anniversary. Nothing wrong with the suite but myself and my husband aren’t late night partygoers so just like a few drinks, nice food and then watch a bit of tv snuggled up in bed…..however no tv in the bedroom and only a very small 2 seater sofa in the living room where the tv is so left us a bit disappointed. Also I think the old executive lounge was a lot better ambience wise. The food and drink was excellent in the lounge but I felt like we were sitting in a glass square box rather than a nice chilled out area as the old lounge was so again a bit disappointed. Still enjoyed our stay but not sure if we’d stay their again."

"Amazing 2 night stay. Very comfortable, clean and accommodating. All staff were very friendly. We recommend booking room with lounge access, this was a nice little treat we didn’t expect, with free bar between 5-7pm. Good location, only a 10 min walk into the city. Overall great experience !!
