"Friendliness and efficiency of all staff made for a very welcoming and relaxing stay. The room was comfortable with everything you could need and we enjoyed the lovely view of the town. The breakfast was super tasty and beer good. A great location for our winery tour and walk around Digley reservoir - brilliant weather too!"

"The inn Was amazing. We had a large room with a sofa bed and room for an infant's cot. The staff was fantastic. The service was exemplary and they made us feel special from the start. I would recommend the Florentine to anyone staying in Sheffield. "

"We stopped over night and found everyone friendly helpful and the accommodation clean and warm everything we needed. There was large function taking place which I was emailed about beforehand to let me know they had moved my room to be a little bit further away from the noise , howeve r we did not retune till midnight so it did not effect us . 10 out of 10 will recommend and stay again "

"Lovely position, great staff, food was very good. Excellent breakfast, fab location.... My only gripe, room quality could be better, nice enough but more 3 than 4 Star. The trap in basin was bit blocked /TV noise from adjacent room. Intruding /wearing fan noise from somewhere.."

"The whole town is very compressed and tight for space. Part of the charm. The rooms at the Nook may not suit some people in terms of access as there are stairs to some of the rooms. Also quite noisy as very near a couple of pubs but if you accept this as part of the surroundings then its great. Room was good, bar and restaurant down stairs with excellent service in the evening and at breakfast. Would go again. "

"The hotel was a good night stay. The food in the bar/ restaurant was great. The only thing was it didn’t do breakfast, they is a really nice cafe across the road that make a great breakfast. Rooms were well spacious and had been nicely decorated I would recommend this hotel. "

"We’ve just had a lovely weekend in this quaint old pub situated in a quiet part of Hope. We had a very warm welcome, all the staff were very friendly and the breakfasts and evening meals were excellent with lots of food options. Our room was cosy and very clean and comfortable. Ideally situated for walking and exploring the local area. Thanks to all for a fabulous weekend x"

"We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and very helpful. Our room was very nice and comfortable and the four poster bed was lovely as well. The food at the hotel is very nice and very well priced and the real ales are superb. Although they don’t do breakfast there are plenty of places to get breakfast, we used Ye Old Nags Head and for £10.95 it was value for money. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at The Peak Hotel and will be staying...
