  • For a relaxing, low-key beach get-away with family and friends, this is the perfect place! This beach house is clean, comfortable and cozy - set up for relaxing with every possible amenity including a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor decked area with BBQ and comfy seating as well as down comforters on each bed and a clean, private hot tub in the fenced yard.
    This beach house is a place you can get away to relax, recharge, make great memories with your family and friends...
    IMPORTANT NOTE :
    THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR LOUD GATHERINGS IN THE BACKYARD. Several neighbors are permanent residents and would be adversely impacted by excess noise from this property. Unfortunately, this beach house is not the right choice if your group is planning a gathering beyond the stated guest limit of 6. We value a positive relationship with our permanent neighbors -large or noisy gatherings just won’t work, however this is the PERFECT place for an affordable, LOW-KEY, relaxing beach get-away.

    PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Located in Stinson Beach Village just steps to the beach. House has Mt. Tam views. Perfect for one/two small families or two couples, this beach bungalow is adorable. Private, sunny, enclosed backyard with BBQ, comfy seating and hot tub. Pets are negotiable.
